Postage expired
I set myself up with time away and sold a couple of items whilst away. I generated labels to save myself time when I got back, I didn't know that that labels would expire. Ebay have suggested the only thing I can do is cancel and ask the buyers to repurchase. When I go to cancel the reason is not on the drop down. When I asked the chatbot they said I can get into trouble if I select the wrong option. Anyone else had this issue or can advise. TY

Mentor3 months agoThe only reason you can legitimately select is 'out of stock', there isn't another reason that would be suitable. That will carry a defect.
Personally, I'd just buy labels from Royal Mail/courier/Post Office now and get those items sent out, you're already potentially in line for late delivery defects, which are equally damaging.
