Postage error
Complaint: courier falsely claims package weighed 33.50 kg and claims £18.00 extra
The paid postage was for up to 20 kg.
The actual weight was only 18 kg, which was checked and double-checked. Therefore I dispute the claim

Mentor4 months agoAs has been said, you need to take this up with the courier.
Unless your parcel was confused with another one it's hard to see how there can be such a huge difference in the claimed weight.
Did your receipt from the courier not state the weight? Or was this only disputed in transit/delivry?
Sorry for asking the obvious, but I presume this item when was fully packed when you weighed it yourself?

You need to take your complaint to the courier.
