Are you returning a faulty / not as described item?
First thing to do if you haven't done this is to open a return case citing Item Doesn't Not Match Description or Photos.
The seller has 3 days to either send you a return label through the case details, or to refund you.
If neither happens, on day 4 escalate the case , eBay step in and force the refund.
Don't close the case early no matter what the seller says or promises, and do not forget to escalate.
