Postage drop off not home collection

I have sold an item on EBay. I now need to post the item. I wish to drop the item off at the shop / post office.
When I go to ‘print postage label’ eBay will only allow a home collection courier and not a drop off service

The awning you sold has eBay simple delivery by DHL which is a collection only service for large items.

If you arrange your own courier and drop off you wont receive any payment for postage and the buyer will have the postage amount refund in around 40 days.
