Postage discount for multiple sales
Hi can anyone help me please. I have recently started selling on ebay again and the way you pay for postage has all changed, My account is set by ebay for simple delivery. A customer has bought 4 separate items from me and has not yet paid. I have tried to give them a postage discount using the tips from the online helpline but it says I cannot do this as simple delivery is set. Can anyone help me please?

Mentor3 months agoWith SD the buyer only gets combined postage if they put items in the basket first. A lot don't do that so the alternative is to cancel the transactions with their agreement and relist items all on one listing with one postage for them to buy again.
