Postage deli
Hi, my buyer specifically wants me to send via Royal mail tracked (& not Evri or other couriers) but at checkout it didnt say specifically who it would be. The postage label has been forwarded to me but it is Evri! How can I get this changed because I don’t want any issues for refunds & when I go to post office I would have to pay for the postage payment?

Mentor4 months agoUnfortunately you can't just change it. You'd have to cancel/refund the transaction with the buyer's agreement (via the dropdown menu arrow for the item on your orders list).

And then relist for the buyer to buy and pay again.
