Postage costs
Hello. Just wondering why EBay have charged me more than advertised for an item I have sold? The buyer has paid the advertised amount but I’ve had to pay the additional amount. Why is this?

Hi , thanks for your post.
You have a private account, and private accounts don't get charged for listing items, unless you use certain features that are paid. If you didn't, then I presume you are saying you received a lower amount compared to what you were expecting, when this happens, it could be because you had an outstanding balance in your account, and the amount was deducted from your payout, or things like that. However, if you go to your payments section, you will see a full breakdown of your payout and why this amount was deducted if this was the case.
