Postage Cost
Hi this may sound silly but i’m still new to selling here. I sold an item and the postage was at buyer expense. I’ve now got the label and ready to dispatch this evening. When i check how much i’m getting for this order the postage cost has been deducted from my earnings? Will this get added once item received or have i done something wrong? Thank you for any help!

Mentor5 months agoYou haven't done anything wrong. It just looks like that but you will receive the full amount.
