Postage charges on my listings keeps being altered from simply delivery to custom postage

Postage charges on my listings keeps being altered from simply delivery to custom postage how can I stop this. Keep checking my listings and altering back to simply delivery only to have it altered back to custom postage, what do I do? Chat bot is useless.

To be honest, you are selling so many NEW items you should be a Business Seller who does not use Simple Delivery.

Very few of your items would be in exempt categories if you were really a private seller.

Some items are exempt from Simple Delivery, for example those that are under £20 and are a letter or large letter size in some categories.

If some items are reverting back or only showing custom postage, those items are exempt from SD.

Must admit, it's quite refreshing to hear here someone wishing their items to be listed with Simple Delivery and Not Custom Postage ! 🤗
