Hello. I’m a private seller. All my listings are set as Royal Mail second class large letter and the package size on the order also shows large letter. However, when I generate the postage label, eBay changes it to Royal Mail second class small parcel 3.95. This is happening on every sale, even though my items are within the large letter size and weight limits. Could anyone help on this or know a way around it ? Thanks

Mentor1 week agoAs a private seller you shouldn't be getting the Packlink box up when going to get your label, it should be simple delivery which is separate to packlink.
The postage service should come up with simple delivery label for the size selected.
Having randomly looked at some of your listings, some are showing as 2nd class large letter on the postage, but others are not, you may want to check this as by default it will resort to a parcel.

I’m new to selling on here , I thought I had double checked all my listings but you have obviously seen something I have not done correctly. I will go through them all again . But thank you for your help 😘

When I choose simple delivery it is automatically taking the price up to £2.70 . The ones you have seen on my listing that are not all Large letter I post those with buyer pays postage because again EBay put the price of the post up automatically. I’m completely at a loss 🤷♀️
