Postage chaged
I sold an item chose sinple delivery but used own delivery from post office. Funds not cleared because it says not yet delivered. Tried to cancel delivery option but always says there a problem. How can I get funds buyer has said received and left positive feedback

Mentor10 months agoTo mark the item as dispatched open the original Simple Delivery label.
Then change the tracking number via View Order Details > Postage > Track Package > dropdown arrow > Add Tracking. That has to be done on a desktop browser.
Without doing that the payment will be held for 14 days and then released to you.
