Postage - buyer pays?
I advertised my items "buyer pays" but I still had to pay for the postage. How do I get a refund for what I spent?

Mentor11 months agoThere is a lot of difference in meaning. You did not say buyer “buys” the postage, that means you get a label bought by buyer. Buyer pays means they pay whatever postage you charge to you with purchase price and from that you buy. If you use Freepost that means cost of postage is in the purchase price.

I assume it was this item.
You listed as freepost, so you use money buyer paid to buy postage.
