Postage again!
Ok so I've had several issues with eBay postage over the past few months but they have always given me a work around. Previously they got me to set my parcel to bulky which would then prompt me to select the parcel size. This stopped working so they then got me to set it to a large envelope.
Well today I received an order and most of my items sell in multiples but I can still get 8+ of them I to my standard boxes. So today I've been charged just shy of double my usual postage.
Is there another work around or should I contact support again?
All my items are generally under £10 but people often buy 3-4 units but they only weigh 20 grams so the weights and boxes I ship out in are always going to be a small parcel.

Mentor8 months agoAs you are selling multiples of new items, you must upgrade to business seller account.
Then no more SD, you choose postage.
