I haven’t used label on eBay, by mistake, and paid for postage at post office. How do I correct this

Mentor1 week agoYou can't add your tracking number to the order details, but can let your buyer know via eBay messages if you wish, and if an item not received claim were to be opened then you add it there to prove delivery.
If you want the order to show as dispatched you can select to get the label/QR code and just not use it.
If the buyer paid for the label (and it looks like they did) then they'll get the refund of the postage they paid.
