Hello.I sold an item and decided to go to the Post Office. I paid for first class, received a tracking number and now I don’t know how to mark item as dispatched.

To mark dispatched click on Get prepaid label > Print label for the original ebay label. It will remain unused and the cost will be automatically refunded to the buyer in 30 days (assuming they paid for it).

You can't change tracking number if you don't use Simple Delivery. You can message your buyer with the tracking details. If necessary you would be able to add the new number to an "Item not received" case if one was opened. Payment may be held for 14 days.
