Question

I dispatched my item without using the ebay pre payed label. Now it wont let me mark it as dispatched or fill in the tracking info. It just says that the item isn't eligible for tracking or dispatch? I private messaged the buyer so he has the tracking info but I'm worried the funds wont get released once it arrives.

The money will be released but may be held for 14 days. If you want to mark dispatched you can do that by clicking on Get prepaid label > Print label. The label will remain unused and the cost will be automatically refunded to the buyer in 30 days (assuming they paid for it).
