I have posted an item not using the label provded by ebay
This item was very heavy so the payment exceded the fee
Now the customer has recieved the item
but nothing can be updated, so I am constantly getting the message it has not been sent
Frustratingly ebay automatic help states just go to options and add the tracking number
But because I have not used their label this option does not exist
Anyone help me on this

Mentor1 month agoTo mark dispatched click on Get prepaid label > Print label. It will remain unused and the cost will be automatically refunded to the buyer in 30 days (assuming they paid for it). You cannot change the tracking number so payment may be held for 14 days
