I posted a buyers items but did not use ebays postage system as he ordered multiple items instead I just posted them and paid over the counter.. I have tried to use ebays postage on multiple items before but my post office refused the packages as the weight and size was wrong. due to this I paid two lots of postage.
On the earlier orders I used the mark as dispatched button but this option has disappeared. So I still have items marked as overdue postage even though I have posted them. can anyone help?

Mentor3 months agoIf you click on Get prepaid label > print label for each item that will mark them as dispatched. They will remain unused and be refunded to buyer in 30 days, assuming they paid for them.
