Hello 👋

I’m hoping someone can help me. My items are selling & the buyer is paying the postage when it comes to printing the label eBay charge me the postage too!
I can see the buyer has paid however I can’t get a label without also paying postage. So paid for by buyer & seller!!! TIA

BTW…does anyone have a phone no. that works to contact eBay?

Are you sure that if buyer is paying for postage, not BUYING, then you get paid the selling price plus postage then you BUY the postage.

You are using custom postage not simple delivery, when using custom postage the buyers payment includes the postage as shown on your listing and you use this to pay for the label in other words you are using your own money to pay for the label but get it back in the buyers payment
