I have sold an item but I am unable to access the eBay / Simple postage label. A message appears on screen- information incorrect / missing fields. How do I get the QR code etc ?

Mentor6 months agoThere was a similar problem recently which was fixed and sellers advised to clear cookies/cache. See here:

The alternatives are to cancel with buyer's agreement and relist for buyer to buy again. Or to buy the postage yourself.
