Have you disabled Royal Mail in your postage preferences? Because your latest liisting just has Evri on it. If you haven't disabled RM it could be that somehow you've opted out of Simple Delivery for that listing so buyer pays the postage to you.
The other thing is you're selling new goods which means you should register as a business seller on ebay. Maybe their bots have picked up on that but if you do that you would not use Simple Delivery but buy the postage yourself.
Thankyou for your response. I haven't done anything regarding Royal mail. I checked all my listings and a few of them said Simple delivery is not available for this item. I don't know why. The weight of items are lightweight. This is the first time I have had to pay the delivery from my funds. Will I get the payment back. Also what do you mean about disabled royal mail. It just comes up saying *recommended Evri* for postage. How do I change to simple delivery please. I haven't altered anything. Thankyou

Mentor7 months agoYou can opt in or out of Simple Delivery couriers on here:

If you had to buy postage yourself the buyer should have paid you for that when they paid for the item. You can't get that postage back.
SD is either available or not, depending on the category. If it's not available the buyer pays the postage to you.
