i have been selling patterns but ebay are charging me for postage on the page, and i dont have a printer so having to post items at the post office too. cant chat with admin so far. is there a way to solve that. tried the instructions to Void Label but its not on the page. thanks.

Do you have a device to photograph the QR code, take that to your PO they should be able to provide the Simple Delivery .

If not , and you are triggering labels and not using them, this is how to receive that refund, it's paid to whoever paid for the label.

If you selected 'Buyer pays’ when you created the listing, your buyer will automatically be refunded for any Simple Delivery label that isn’t used after 30 days

If you selected ‘Seller pays’ and offered free postage on your listing, you'll need to fill out the Request a refund for Simple Delivery form for the label that wasn’t used. Make sure to send your request within 14 days of your item selling.
