Postage
Hi
I listed a fridge magnet at 50 grams weight £2.00 price - Ebay listed with letter post at £1.55 which is correct.
the buyer paid £1.55 but chose small parcel delivery at £3.50. I've asked the buyer to change postal options but had no response, what are my options
many thanks Frank

Mentor10 months agoAs far as I am aware, there is no £1.55 cost in Simple postage, so cancel any label produced by ebay and use large letter and post it yourself.

Mentor10 months agoThe postage should be pre-paid by the buyer so use whichever label is provided.

Mentor10 months agoIf you didn't use Simple Delivery and the buyer has paid postage to you then buy the postage they've paid for. I'm not sure why you're getting a different label from ebay.
