Postage
I sold an item for £5 yesterday but in my Payments, I only have £2.04. I don't use Simple Delivery but go online to EVRI to have my item collected and yes, it did cost me £6.58. Anyhow, eBay have deducted money from my account for postage so in fact, I have paid twice for postage. I hate Simple Delivery. Go back to as it was.

·9 months agoYou are selling multiples of new items on your account so should really be registered as a business seller.
Business sellers do have to have an 'any reason' returns policy and will pay Ebay fees for listing and selling.
However, you would not have to use Simple Delivery.
If you also sell unwanted personal possessions, you can have an additional private account.

Mentor9 months agoIf the postage you used has tracking add that number via View Order Details for the item and then cancel the SD label to get a refund - here:
