Postage
Hi All I have a parcel to send but I have got the weight incorrect and I can not send it, post office told me it’s a medium parcel and I have done it as small. EBay assistant was no help and I tried to message seller but eBay would not allow it. Buyer has paid

Your options are to pay for the new postage yourself at your Post Office, or to cancel the order and relist with the correct postage price and method (personally I wouldn't recommend this as you risk a defect against your selling account and negative feedback).
The postage paid will go back to the buyer.
