Mentor1 year agoIf tracking numbers are added that's all you need do, it shows the item has been dispatched.
If you buy Simple Delivery postage, there's nothing to mark, as soon as a postage label purchased, it marks the item dispatched and adds the tracking.

OP1 year agoIts just saying in the seller hub, dispatch overdue despite me adding tracking details, do i just ignore?

Mentor1 year agoIf you didn't use the original Simple Delivery label if you generate that now it will mark the item as dispatched. It will still be unused and the buyer will receive a refund for it automatically in 30 days.
