Rather than Royal Mail free pick up option, I keep getting Evri automatically for postage when I am selling. There is no way to contact Ebay, other than the completely hopeless automated service. I have a disability so difficult and expensive to drop off. Absolutely fed up with Ebay's atrocious customer service. Does anyone know how to contact them or has anyone sued this greedy useless cynical company through small claims?

Mentor6 months agoYou do not have to contact eBay or sue them, as you can de select Evri from your postal options here:
