Post Office postage label
Has anyone had any problems with the postage label not being correct for the weight. The buyer bought the correct postage but when I took to the post office they said the label was not for the correct postage

Mentor2 weeks agoYou may be able to change the weight of the label. Not sure if that's possible after printing a label but have a go. Click on Get Prepaid Label and under the heading Package details click on the pencil icon and you should get: "No extra charge. Changing your package size won’t cost you anything." Then use the dropdown menu to change weight.
If not you will have to cancel/refund the transaction with the buyer's agreement (via the dropdown menu arrow for the item on your orders list) and relist with correct postage for the buyer to buy and pay again.
