Post costs
On a non simple delivery listing. Theres a option to make buyer pay, or me the seller pay. Anyway if you make the buyer pay you can select custom ammount. If you do a custom amount do you pay the rest or are you left with a fine to pay for not paying enough postage?

Mentor1 month agoJust looking at the 3 items you have listed, the two toys have no postage just collection in person and the apples have a postage price of £3 for Royal Mail Tracked 24, which I think you'll find is going to be a bit low for 20 Bramley apples - you must factor in the packaging (presumably these will be boxed).
All of those items will be Simple Delivery postage if you select the correct packaged size and weight when listing.

OP1 month agoYes I understand that. But does it split the buyer/seller cost or will it just be a underpaid label?

OP1 month agoAdditionally the apples aren't simple delivery as they are in the food catagory.

Mentor1 month agoOkay, so you'll be buying the postage for the apples with whatever price you put on the listing. If postage is underpaid then the package will either get refused at the dispatch point or the buyer will be carded with underpaid postage to pay before they can have their item.
