Post and tracking

Question

Hi can anyone help I have sold two watches to separate buyers but didn't realize that the posting on eBay has changed. So I went and posted both through the post office and paid for 24 hour tracked signed for. I have contacted both buyers through eBay with photos of watches being packaged and with tracking details from post office. But on eBay it won't let me say that I've posted them or add tracking, is this ok and will my funds be released once they have received them

You will have wait 14 days for payment. If buyer paid for postage, they get the refund.

Only if buyers open Not received cases, would you be able to add your tracking, Do you realise that you will be charged for ebay labels unless to cancel them as unused.
