Possible scam?
Hi, I have recently sold a brand new phone for £600. I have posted the phone via the EVRI and whilst the phone is in transit the buyer has requested a refund and had the refund accepted. Now I don’t know what to do as the phone is on its way to the buyer! Please help!

·10 months agoMy guess is that the buyer has opened an item not received claim - they would have been expecting to receive the phone on Wednesday or Thursday last week.
How do you know they have been refunded?
Have you had an email from Ebay to say the buyer has opened a claim but they are dealing with it and you don't need to take any action?

Mentor10 months agoWhat was the reason for the request? If the item is lost in transit and assuming Simple Delivery was used ebay should issue the refund and you keep the payment.
