Possible hacking
I just received confirmation for an order that I didn't place. I've tried to cancel it but don't know if that's possible. I've tried contact E-Bay but their automatic agent is having technical difficulties so I'm asking for advice here. I have deleted the credit card that was charged but the system won't allow me to delete all the cards that are registered. I have also changed my password.

Mentor1 month agoDeleting the payment card was the correct route to take.
You do need to speak to CS if you are sure no one in your household may have made this order, for them to investigate further. You account may be temporarily restricted from use during their investigation.
Contacting eBay Customer Services is not easy nowadays to get a live agent , but some have had success using the app, otherwise keep typing in ' I wish to speak to an agent' and this too can work.
Use this link to contact CS, if you can try at 8 a.m. on a weekday morning also more chance there for Dublin to answer.
