Poor response from seller

I have bought a solar pump from a seller which has only worked for a short time. The seller has closed my return request and will not refund or replace the pump. What can I do ?

The most important factor here is when did you buy the item? eBay have a 30 day MBG Money Back Guarantee period. Claim outside this timeline and a case will close.

Here you can turn to your payment provider for help with a refund, most have a 120 day buyer protection policy.
