Poor menus
Summary: blackstuff37 is experiencing difficulties using eBay, particularly with marking an item as dispatched. They have found that the option to mark an item as dispatched is not available for items not using eBay's postal service but is there for those using it. Ebay is so difficult to use now. Just started using it again and can't find anything. Please help. All I'm trying to do is mar an item as despatched. I didn't use Ebay postal service. I have checked with Google and it says just use the drop down menu beside the item and select item despatched. In my drop down that is not there. Howver if I go to another of my items with Ebay postage, the option is there. What's going on? If it's this difficult I'll go back to another platform.
