Policy Violation - Open for 5 Days and no response?
I'm hoping someone can help. I've had a policy violation open for 5 days. I cannot do anything to the listing because all the boxes, i.e appeal, edit and delete, are all greyed out.
The listing apparently had an external link, which I removed and then appealed straight away. I haven't had any email back from them, and I can't get in touch with them to try to resolve this. Generally, the appeals are quick!
That's the violation "
Offering to buy or sell outside of eBay, including sharing direct contact information before an eBay purchase, is not allowed."
What do you suggest?
How do I contact eBay to get them to appeal and solve my violation? It used to be so easy to contact eBay when it first started! Now it's a nightmare!

Mentor10 months agoI'd set the listing up again from scratch, obviously leaving out the link to the third party website this time.

OP10 months agoAll dealt with as soon as I put this in the community, I received an email saying my violation was visible now!
How weird but thanks for suggesting - I was about to do that but then thought no i'll wait 😁
