·5 months agoIf you used the Simple Delivery label, the tracking will have been added automatically.
If you used your own postage, you can't add or change the tracking.
You may be unaware, but you need to have a business account because you are buying items to sell and trading.
Business sellers have to display their details (business name, address etc.) on their listings and do have to accept returns.

Do I need a business account?
If you plan to sell casually, such as selling items you no longer want, a private account is the best option.
If you want to sell large quantities, if you have items that you've made or bought to resell or if you already have a business outside of eBay, you’ll need to register a business account.
