please help with my problem of not receiving emails
Tried every way to contact someone for direct help to no avail. Ebay still not sending sold and postal labels. If there is anyone out there who can contact me to go through any fix I would really appreciate the help....(ps elderly person so has to be easy to understand)

Mentor2 weeks agoYou've said sold and postage labels but do you mean notification emails? If so go to your My eBay > Account tab (near top left) > Account preferences > Communication Preferences > Seller > Selling activity > Edit your selling notification preferences. Select and save.

OP2 weeks agoThanks but i have already done that..not selling much these days so will wait to see if there are any results
