I asked Ebay to remove the false negative feedback because the order was canceled. Unfortunately, Ebay did not remove it and accepted the buyer's lies. What can I do about it, please advise.

Im a little confused as you cancelled the order yet they complain about the item - which contradicts so if you actually cancelled the item then their FB appears to be for the wrong item - I would call Ebay and speak to someone - If you requested removal online then you are wasting your time as they are just actioned by bots so its always refuses unless its obviously against the policy. - Go to the help chat and request and agent.
