Pitney Bowes delivery
I sold an item recently and it was a 48 hours Royal Mail simple delivery. It’s not been delivered to the buyer and when I track it mentions ‘ customs’ I’m in Kent and the buyer is in Staffs what do I do as the item was dispatched 21/8
