Picking up a package
I’ve been to collect 5 packages from a collection shop they are there I’ve seen them but in all the emails I have there are no barcodes for the items and shopkeeper won’t release them. They were 24 hr tracked Royal Mail . I’ve contacted them and the can’t help because it’s not my email in the order, the seller tells me it’s eBay’s problem.. I’ve no clue what to do next

Mentor10 months agoIf this was click and collect then ebay needs to send you the collection code(s).
Ask ebay CS for them.

Mentor10 months agoContact eBay Customer Services they should be able to provide these missing collection codes for you.
