Pick up only - seller failed to respond
I purchased an item for pick up only and the seller has failed to respond to numerous messages over the last few days. I want to cancel and purchase from someone else, given they haven’t responded do I wait to purchase the same item elsewhere or will my cancellation be honoured allowing me to make another purchase elsewhere asap

You can only exchange contact info after paying through ebay checkout.

Mentor1 month agoThe seller does not have to accept the cancellation, and for whatever reason they are not responding to you for a pick up time, I doubt they'll respond to a cancellation request.
If they don't, then after 7 days open a case for item not received, escalate on day 4 if not refunded beforehand.
