Phone locked on to unknown network

IV just bought a mobile phone and the seller will not tell me what network the phone is locked onto and also not telling me the screen code.im so angry.iv contacted this person and they won't even have the curstiosy to give me the information

Open an eBay return, select "item defective" as the reason and then just follow the return process.

After 3 business days, if your seller hasn't provided you with a pre-paid returns label you can ask eBay to step in.

Remember to leave suitable Negative feedback. Just say “unhelpful seller” then no reason that it can be removed, and also mark down star ratings.
