I have a return problem with inpost it time sensitive due to seller drawing heels at every step.i know they had humans answering phones a while back any one still have this info

Did you open a proper return case, if so the seller has to respond within 3 days, otherwise you can escalate to ebay. There is no way seller can use delaying. tactics, as if ebay get involved they will just refund at sellers expense with no need to return the item.

ebay have removed the direct link we used to use. Now you have to click on help at the top of any page, select a subject and then type in "speak to agent". Repeat until you get through. Good luck.
