Phantom Sale
Received a sale dispute out of the blues for an item listed 5 months ago. I had since trashed the item due to non-sale. I wasn't notified of any sale, I didn't receive any payment but suddenly received dispute. All avenues to get eBay involved proved abortive as their bot algorithm is skewed. And theirs no human agent to chat or phone to help in resolving the matter.
Does anyone have an idea how to get any human in eBay?

If you do not have a sale then rather impossible for any dispute to be opened.
Not only that disputes only work for 30 days under the 30 day money back guarantee.
To be honest unless you have not given the full story, I would suggest ignoring it, as I cannot imagine speaking to an Agent would be much help.

Mentor2 weeks agoGoto to the help pages, select the relevant area eg buying, selling etc. In the chat box keep typing contact agent, until the box changes for you to receive a call back.
Its cumbersome but does work.
