Personally Abusive Buyer Feedback

Hi...unfortunately I have encountered a buyer who has left an incredibly and personally abusive rant feedback which cannot possibly be allowed being against ebay policy....or can it?

I have tried to report the buyer online but the drop down menu for reasons to report do not offer this option of Abuse.

Can anyone please show me how to report on this issue?

Got it... thanks again.... reckon I'll trust that most people will see the rant for what it is on an otherwise 100% seller 🙏

If what is said in the feedback is correct, then you cancelling a sale without buyer’s approval will have given you a defect, which is more serious for your account than any negative feedback.

but bearing in mind the comments about cancelling, could cause you more problems than it iscworth.

doubtful that the neg would be removed by eBay.

However the false positive you left the buyer can be removed.
