Personal details in feedback photograph by accident. Help
Help! I left negative feedback after receiving counterfeit goods. However, I didn’t realise that y name and address are in one of the photos. I have searched through e bay info but cannot see how to request that my photo is removed!? Please help.

MentorJul 20, 2026 at 8:02 AMThat Jellycat example is possibly the worse I've seen!
You'd have to examine those photos really, really carefully in order to find those details, I can't see anybody stumbling upon them accidentally, but if you want to contact eBay I’ve found that the best route to contact eBay Customer Services is via the link below where you can call them or request a call back if you’re using the app (if you’re using desktop you’ll need to go round the houses with AI and start a chat then keep typing ‘agent’ until you get the option to live chat with a CS rep or to have a call back):

MentorJul 20, 2026 at 4:19 AMThere is nothing you can do yourself to remove that photo on the feedback, only Customer Services can do this.
Have you notified them, because the only negative feedback I can see about the fake Jellycat, I cannot see any photos. Has CS removed them?

OPJul 20, 2026 at 6:37 AMThank you for replying. It’s in one of the pictures - just checked and still there. I cannot see how to contact customer services at all, I just keep going round in a circle . Would you be able to advise how to contact at all please.
