personal account (seller account ) verification
hello
please, did anyone go through this? It's been over 5 working days since I created my eBay account and provided all the necessary information, including payment method, all my listings are pending. My account has not been verified, and I have not received any message from them.

Mentor9 months agoyou have 28 live listings and if you are having problems it could be because a private seller could not be holding stocks of and selling brand new items.

Mentor9 months agoHave you received 2 micro deposits into your nominated bank account?
Did you confirm / report these back to eBay ?
My micro deposits took 5 working days to appear, and they are small, just a few pence each, easily missed.
If you haven't received them, best to contact Customer Services to send 2 more, they can also check your registration to see if anything else is amiss, or needs adding.
This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
