Persistent non payer
Someone has bid on 9 items and won but not paid for them. I looked at their feedback and although it’s 100% there are loads of comments that they are a time waster and dont pay when they win an auction. The sellers can’t leave a negative feedback so give a positive one and then write what really happened in the comments. I know I can now block them from bidding but it’s very annoying that eBay don’t allow negative feedback for this and they are allowed to carry like this. I’ve tried reporting them but got an email back saying they’ve not violated any rules!!!

Mentor4 months agoAs said you can block members with two or more unpaid strikes. When a buyer is given an unpaid strike no FEEDBACK CAN BE LEFT.
Just shows how foolish the sellers were to leave pointless Positive Feedback just increasing the buyers feedback score.

Mentor4 months agoIf all those sellers had cancelled on the basis that the buyer failed to pay the buyer would have received a number of strikes.
Two of those in 12 months means that they couldn't bid or buy from sellers with their buyer blocks set up properly.
The problem is that people don't use the tools ebay gives them and instead break the feedback rules.
