Permanent restriction?!
Summary: joseporourk-51 is overwhelmed and upset after discovering their online shop has been permanently restricted due to alleged performance issues, despite having a history of positive feedback. They suspect unauthorized access to their account, as they had previously closed their shop due to health problems. They express frustration at the platform for not allowing them to present their case and are seeking advice from others.
I thought that I'd closed my shop temporarily many months ago after suffering a series of suspected heart attacks, which in turn worsened my existing brain damage that I live with. Not only had someone been logging into my account and tried (badly) to sell my items, but I've literally just found out that I've now been permanently restricted from selling forever! Something about not meeting the performance standards; and I find this odd considering that I've been selling for years and had 100% positive feedback not that long ago! I'm heartbroken, shocked and furious.
I think this is rather unfair of eBay to not even hear me out.
I genuinely care so much about customer service! I'm a good seller!
Any advice?
Thanks all. ✨❤️⭐ Xox

Mentor3 weeks agoI would imagine your DSR's have taken a bit of a battering, and the negative and neutral feeback wont help, which is probably why you have fallen below eBays performance standards.
Generally once eBay have made a decision thats it, you can still buy but wont be able to sell any more. eBay wont go in to discussion in general once that decision has been made to reverse the situation.
