Item swapped/stollen in delivery
what was delivered was Beauty products
not the perfume I’d bought, please help how is best to get help with refund, all I get is saying it’s been delivered

select "Doesn't match description" and if necessary escalate it to eBay after 3 complete working days.

Mentor11 months agoYou will receive a paid-for return label to send them back to the seller. When that's done a full refund will be issued via ebay.
